By accessing or using OrgNexis, you agree to these terms and any order, subscription, or organization agreement that applies to your use of the service.

Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using OrgNexis only through authorized organization access.

Organization data

Organizations are responsible for the employee, training, document, role, and readiness information they add to OrgNexis. Organizations should ensure they have appropriate rights and notices for the data they manage in the platform.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, upload malicious content, or use OrgNexis in a way that violates applicable agreements or laws.

Subscription and billing

Subscription and billing terms depend on the selected plan, billing provider, renewal settings, taxes, and applicable order details.

Messaging and notification add-ons

SMS add-on available on every plan. 100 SMS included with SMS add-on. Additional SMS cost $0.03 per additional SMS. Provider setup is completed during account setup.

AI-assisted reasoning notice

Predictive recommendations use deterministic readiness rules and known expiry dates. AI-assisted reasoning is optional and only runs when enabled and configured.

Service availability

OrgNexis aims to provide a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, network conditions, and events outside reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

Any limitation of liability is governed by the applicable agreement and law.
