Organization data

Organizations are responsible for the employee, training, document, role, and readiness information they add to OrgNexis. Organizations should ensure they have appropriate rights and notices for the data they manage in the platform.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, upload malicious content, or use OrgNexis in a way that violates applicable agreements or laws.

Subscription and billing

Subscription and billing terms depend on the selected plan, billing provider, renewal settings, taxes, and applicable order details. Legal review recommended before production use.

SMS add-on billing note

The SMS add-on is listed as $5/mo with 100 SMS messages included and $0.03 per overage. Final billing language, taxes, carrier fees, and usage rules should be reviewed before production use.

AI feature notice

Optional AI-assisted readiness features may support risk identification, training recommendations, and readiness forecasting. AI features are gated by global and organization-level settings and can be disabled for an organization.

Service availability
