Last updated: June 27, 2026
What OrgNexis is
OrgNexis is workforce readiness software for supervisor-led teams. It helps organizations manage employees, roles, skills, training, documents, compliance status, readiness views, supervisor actions, insights, and succession planning.
What information may be collected
Depending on how an organization configures and uses OrgNexis, the service may handle:
- Account information, such as user names, work email addresses, authentication records, and account status.
- Organization information, such as company name, locations, subscription settings, billing contact information, and administrative settings.
- Employee readiness information, such as employee profiles, assigned roles, readiness status, notes, and supervisor actions.
- Training records, including assignments, completions, approvals, expiry dates, reminders, and development paths.
- Document metadata, including document type, status, version history, expiry model, review status, and compliance status.
- Uploaded files and documents that an organization chooses to store in the platform.
- Usage and audit information, including sign-in activity, administrative changes, readiness-related events, notification activity, and system diagnostics.
How information is used
OrgNexis uses information to provide the readiness platform, show role and employee status, calculate readiness views, track training and document requirements, support supervisor workflows, provide notifications, maintain audit history, operate billing and limits, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.
How organizations control access
Access is controlled through organization-scoped permissions. Administrators can manage users and permission levels so people see the operational areas they are allowed to access.
AI feature gating
Optional AI-assisted readiness features are gated. They only activate when required global and organization-level settings are enabled. AI features are admin-controlled and can be disabled for an organization.
Data retention overview
Retention depends on organization settings, subscription status, operational history, legal needs, and configured lifecycle workflows. Organizations should review retention settings and export needs before deleting or changing operational records.
